Frank James looked to have dozens of YouTube videos in which he riffed on current events in protracted, furious rants. He blamed Black women for racial violence and used Russia's invasion of Ukraine as proof that white people are genocidal.

On Wednesday morning, the channel was up and running until being taken down. According to a note on the page, it was taken down because it "violated YouTube's Community Guidelines."

Requests for comment to YouTube, which is owned by Alphabet Inc.'s Google, were not immediately returned.

The person shown in the video lambasted Mr. Adams for recently announced measures addressing public safety in the subways, which centered on homeless persons, in a video posted to YouTube on March 1.
