Chrissy Teigen proclaimed that she had done a nose job and botox in the past.

She stated in a past interview that everything about her is fake except her cheeks when getting a lot of questions from the media and public about her body structure. 

That was back in 2017 when the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model turned Lip Sync Battle host pointed to her forehead, nose, and lips and pronounced it fake.

But we know that's not the case because she revealed in 2020 that she was getting her breast implants removed. She then stated in 2021 that she had her buccal fat pads removed.

People assumed she had her nose tweaked because it was flatter and more expansive in 2010. In terms of her smile, she admitted in 2016 that she had porcelain veneers "shaved away" from her teeth.
