A report on the arrest of British citizen Rich Benjamin and Belarusian citizen Tseliupa Alina was received from the Baikonur Space Center at 6:10 p.m. Moscow time, Rogozin stated on Telegram.
He said the two were "connected to the organizing of unlawful actions," but he didn't elaborate.
Rich's most recent video was shot in Syria and released on April 24.
