It's unclear when he was last seen in Milwaukee, but an online video shows him traveling from Milwaukee to Illinois on March 20.

The attack on a Manhattan-bound N train nearing the 36th Street station in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, occurred at 8:24 a.m. Eastern time.

According to authorities, the gunman fired 33 shots from a Glock 17 that jammed, preventing additional injuries. Officials reported that ten persons were shot and another 13 were injured.

In the subway, police discovered a bag containing smoke bombs, a hobby fuse, a hatchet, gasoline, and a key to a U-Haul van.

A man wearing a utility vest and a gas mask allegedly exploded a smoke bomb inside the moving vehicle, according to police.

In connection with the investigation, cops across the city have been told to keep an eye out for a U-Haul with Arizona plates.

It was eventually discovered a few miles away from the train station.

We're working together with authorities to make sure they have access to any and all information they require."

Later, the van was discovered parked on Kings Highway. The street near the van had been closed while police investigated.
