How Many Members Are There In Systur?
The Icelandic band, Syster consists of three members: sisters Sigriour, Elisabet, and Elin Eyporsdottir. Previously, the sisters partnered with DJ Friðfinnur "Oculus" Sigurðsson to form the house band Sisy Ey in 2011.
Singing sister trio Systur, proved to be a viewer favorite when they amassed a chance representing Iceland in the country's Eurovision selection show Songvakeppnin.
So Systur was wearing those ally shirts and spreading the message of equality because one of them has a trans kid and they are doing this for him.

The whole family members are very fond of music. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the sister trio has always been inspired by other supportive musical family members.
In a very slight break with what has become Eurovision tradition in Iceland, the viewers voted for the country-folk song Með Hækkandi Sól. The song translates as "With the Rising Sun" in English.
The country-folk song has a simple but effective acoustic with gentle vocals and guitars. The song was released on February 5, 2022, along with all other songs competing in 2022 Songvakeppnin.

Where Are The Band Syster Members From?
SInging sister trio Syster aka Sigga, Beta, and Elin are from Reykjavik, Iceland. The sisters grew up in Vesturbaer and Grafarvogur, Reykjavik. They were born to a musical family.
Their mother, Ellen Kristjansdottir, is also a singer. Their father, Eypor Gunnarsson is the composer and keyboardist of the band Mezzoforte, a popular instrumental jazz-funk fusion band formed in 1977 in Iceland.

All the family members have a passion and love for singing and decided to come together to make blues and soul tracks back in 2009, further performing at Glastonbury.
Their mother Ellen, has also entered Songvakeppnin on two separate occasions. Performing as a trio representing the Icelandic band, Sigga, Beta, and Elin each have an individual career in music.

The Musical Band Syster History -Know More About The Iceland Band
The sister trio, Syster, began their professional musical career in 2011 as part of the band Sisy Ey. The band's name was named after their grandmother. Sisy Ey released its hit debut single in 2013 titled "Ain't Got Nobody".
Systur partnered with British house label Defected Records in 2015 for "Do It Good" and in 2018 for "Mystified". In 2016 the band also performed at the Glastonbury Festival.
They released their first single as a trio in 2017, titled "Bounce from the Botton", under the Tripolia Alias. The sister trio is trans rights activists outside the musical career, mostly for transgender children.
Sigga, Beta, and Elin were announced as one of the ten acts that RUV had selected on February 5, 2022, to compete in the upcoming Songvakeppnin, the Icelandic national selection for the Eurovision Contest.
They performed in the first semi-final on February 26 and advanced to the final on March 12.
The band went on to win the competition defeating Reykjavikurdaetur in the superfinal and thereby winning the chance for representing their home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy.
