The present Johnny Depp Vs. Amber trial happening in the US state of Virginia, Depp is suing his ex-wife Amber Heard for libel over an article she wrote for the Washington Post in 2018.

Judge Azcarate has informed the seven jurors that jury deliberations would begin as soon as closing arguments are completed on May 27th.
Heard's side will complete presenting their defense before Depp's team gets the opportunity to respond.
