Hunter Moore Charges Explored
Hunter Moore filed a guilty plea with the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California on February 18, 2015, admitting to aiding and abetting hacking and aggravated identity theft. Hunter faces a minimum of two years in prison and seven years in jail and a $500,000 fine if he accepts the plea deal.

Moore was freed on a $100,000 bail from the Sacramento County Jail. He was denied access to the Internet and was obliged by law to deconstruct the Is Anyone Up? database archives he controls, all while the FBI kept an eye on him.
