Twitter: Dragons Den Black Christmas Decorations Branded Racist

Fans of Dragon's Den were outraged after unpleasant and racist comments were shared on Twitter following yesterday's broadcast (April 7).

On the show this evening, two Croydon mothers sold their varied businesses selling Christmas decorations with Black angels or Black Santas.

Some fans were ecstatic that the entrepreneurs had won partnerships with dragons Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones, but others were dissatisfied with the notion.

Some believed their company, which makes gifts and toys featuring people of color, was inspiring and great.

On Twitter, there were several harsh remarks, with some people questioning whether Black Christmas decorations were required.

Natalie and Alison won a £50,000 investment at the end of the show. As one fan put it, "many fans were ecstatic." "Congratulations to on securing two dragons for their fantastic business. Moving up and upward."

Following their investment choice, Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones requested a minority share in the company, which was eventually agreed upon by the entrepreneurs. Deborah congratulated the couple on their achievement and the crucial work they were doing.

About March Muses

Start-up business March Muses, which specializes in luxury gifts, wrapping paper, and greeting cards featuring people of color, has received a £50,000 investment from Dragons' Den financiers Peter Jones and Deborah Meaden.

After failing to locate gifts that resembled their children, Croydon-based mumtrepreneurs Natalie Duvall and Alison Burton founded the company.

The brand is recognized for its handmade Christmas decorations, such as black angels and Santa baubles, with special attention paid to skin tone, hair design, body shape, and size.

The two angel investors each contributed £25,000 for minority ownership in the company to assist its expansion goals, which will soon include Father's Day, Mother's Day, wedding, christening, and birthday products.
