People confirmed that a man who allegedly set himself on fire in the Supreme Court plaza in Washington, D.C is a 50-year-old man on Friday has died.

According to a public incident report obtained by PEOPLE, the man set himself on fire in front of the Supreme Court Building at 6 p.m. on Friday, according to Supreme Court Police.

According to D.C.D.C. police, Bruce was evacuated to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. People are frantically searching for the cause of his bizarre behavior.

Why Did Wynn Bruce Set Him On Fire In Supreme Court?

Wynn Bruce had severe burns and was pronounced dead today at a local hospital. As we know, the cause of the death was burning himself.

Surveillance video from the scene shows police officers attempting to calm Bruse, who can be heard screaming in the background at the time of the incident.

As of Sunday, no motive for Bruce's self-immolation had been revealed, and police said they were attempting to contact witnesses who may have more information about the incident.
